Dear Friends and Faithful Supporters,

As summer gives way to autumn, we are reminded that change is not only part of nature, it is also part of God’s divine design for our lives. The vibrant energy of summer begins to settle into the reflective tone of fall, calling us to take stock, to give thanks, and to prepare our hearts for what lies ahead.

At Talbot House Ministries, this season marks a milestone. A transition of purpose, promise, and provision. We are overjoyed to share that 13 courageous single mothers and their 33 precious children are preparing to enter our brand-new Center for Women and Children. This is a safe and nurturing place we now call our Sanctuary of Hope.

From Unhoused to Hope.

Every mother carries a story of resilience. Every child carries a spark of potential. Thanks to your unwavering support, these families are no longer statistics. They are stories of transformation, of healing, and of new beginnings.

Friends, the truth remains, the need far outweighs our current capacity. Our waitlist continues to grow. We receive calls daily from families sleeping in cars, escaping abuse, or living in spaces unfit for habitation. The harvest is great, but the workers, and the resources, are few (Luke 10:2).

That’s why your support is more vital than ever.

What Your Generosity has Made Possible in the Summer 2025:

• 32 individuals went from unhoused to permanent housing
• 35,531 meals served
• 70 employment and job skills sessions conducted
• 746 visits provided by our Good Samaritan Free Clinic
• 33 children about to be safe, nourished, and thriving with their mothers
• 9,100 shelter nights provided
• 108 mental health counseling services
• 16,050 showers
• 16,050 hygiene kits
• 27,699 clothing items and shoes

These are not just numbers. These are lives touched by love. These are souls reclaimed from the shadows. These are testimonies to the living gospel in action.

Autumn Vision: The Work Ahead

As we step into this new season, we do so with holy urgency. We are expanding our vision, refining our services, and deepening our impact, but we cannot do it alone.
