Affordable Housing
Talbot House Ministries owns and operates 46 units of affordable housing. We also partner with Plateau Village to provide referrals and wraparound services to an additional 36 households.
Affordable Housing Options
Off-site rapid rehousing assistance, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, is available by referral from the Homeless Coalition of Polk County. As a member of the Continuum of Care for Polk County, Talbot House leverages a Housing First approach to assist eligible families with rental and utility assistance, moving costs, and additional services as needed.

Good Samaritan Clinic
The Good Samaritan Free Clinic offers free medical, dental, and mental health care to uninsured, low-income individuals in Polk County. Appointments are available by calling (863) 687-8475.
