Talbot House’s comprehensive training and employment program focuses on overcoming barriers to achieving stable, gainful employment.
Through one-on-one counseling, group classes, and industry-standard certifications, Solutions gives clients the extra competitive edge they need to stand out in today’s marketplace. Soft skills coaching, transportation assistance, professional attire, and advocacy with employers help clients gain confidence, overcome stigma, and reach their professional goals.
Once clients obtain income, financial education, and budgeting assistance help them stay on track and develop a long-term plan for self-sufficiency.

As a Vocational Rehabilitation provider for the State of Florida, Solutions also provides on-the-job training and additional services to those referred to us by the Department of Education. We help eligible individuals obtain and maintain stable employment, helping end homelessness and poverty before it begins.
