In the heart of Polk County, Talbot House Ministries provides shelter, food, healthcare, and long-term support to individuals experiencing homelessness. With over 1,700 homeless households in our county alone – and nearly 17,000 unsheltered across Florida – we stand in the gap, offering stability and renewed purpose.
