Financial Transparency Statement

Talbot House Ministries is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are classified as a public charity and not a private foundation.

As a religious nonprofit organization, Talbot House Ministries is not required to file Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service. In accordance with IRS guidelines, religious organizations are exempt from the annual Form 990 filing requirement unless they generate unrelated business income requiring Form 990-T.
