This month, the Talbot House Ministries board of directors voted to welcome Adam W. Conrady to its ranks as our newest board member.

Adam, Business Development Manager with Atos, is an information technology sales executive with 16 years of experience in the field. In this role, he is focused on the digital transformation of large IT organizations in some of the largest global markets. He recently completed his MBA at Florida Southern College and is currently enrolled in the Business Administration Doctorate Program at the University of South Florida.

“I’m excited to get to work helping those in need in our community find hope, opportunity, and empowerment,” shares Adam. Talbot House looks forward to Adam’s leadership in areas of digital strategy, management, and development. His impressive personal and professional accomplishments exemplify the qualities of leadership the board of directors looks for when seeking out prospective board members.

Born and raised in Prior Lake, Minnesota, this die-hard Vikings fan’s desire to be of service to others stems from his Midwestern roots. After graduating high school, Adam enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. It was here that he learned the importance of service before self, the necessity for professional development, and the value of teamwork and collaboration. Recognized as a leader, Adam was selected for the Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Education Program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University and was commissioned a second lieutenant. Serving as a communications officer, his duty locations included Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, and combat tours in Bosnia/Kosovo and Iraq. Adam achieved the rank of captain, ending his active service in 2006.

Family is everything to Adam. He and his incredible wife Shannon have five wonderful children — Allison, Matthew, Brandon, Ashleigh, and Caleb — of whom they could not be prouder!

Please join us in welcoming Adam to the Talbot House Ministries family.
